Healthy Eating Workshops

Segment 4/4 from Seniors Wellness Series Featuring Simone Gisondi, a Holistic Transformation Coach | Presented by V Serve Canada with the support of Canadian Red Cross

About Simone Gisondi

Simone Gisondi suffered a stroke in 2011, which led her to research the importance of mindset and diet for optimal health. She discovered that the mindset has a significant impact on health, and consuming healthy food is not enough if the mindset is negative. Simone learned that all sugar and fat are not created equal, and protein is not the most important nutrient the body needs. She took control of her thoughts, directed them towards self-love, and replaced unhealthy habits with healthy ones. Simone is now a Holistic Transformation Coach who designs custom transformation programs that support the body’s natural inclination towards superior health, vitality, and longevity.
