Mental Health for Older Adults
Organized by V Serve Canada | Presented by TD | In Partnership with the Government of Ontario | In Association with the Living with Wellness Arts Festival

From October 2 to December 18, 2025, V Serve Canada invites you to join us for Mental Health for Older Adults — a 12-week workshop series at Meadowvale Community Centre. This engaging program is designed to support seniors’ overall health, well-being, and social connection, while also fostering meaningful intergenerational relationships with youth.

The series features:

  • 8 Intergenerational Workshops – Building bridges between seniors and youth through shared learning and creative activities.
  • 4 Fitness Workshops – Gentle exercises and movement-based sessions that promote mobility, balance, and joyful physical activity.
  • 4 Evidence-Based Workshops – Covering essential topics like mental health, fall prevention, and healthy aging.

Together, these 16 workshops provide a well-rounded approach to wellness, encouraging active lifestyles, lifelong learning, and stronger community connections.
