This year’s Living with Wellness Arts Festival was more than an event — it was a celebration of creativity, health, and community spirit. Presented in collaboration between V Serve Canada and the Mississauga Arts Council (MAC), the festival highlighted how the arts can empower wellness and connection across generations.
At the heart of the festival was the Mississauga Rising Stars contest, an inspiring showcase of local youth talent. Designed to spotlight the city’s next generation of musicians, dancers, and vocalists, the contest provided young performers with the chance to shine on stage and share their gifts with the community.
The stage lit up with some of the freshest talent in the city! Sauga Rising Stars brought together amazing local performers, each with a unique style and sound. This year’s lineup included the soulful Mauve, smooth sounds from JSAL, powerful vocals of Adina V, heartfelt music from Sarah Catharine, and a thought-provoking performance from Chamil Philoso7her.
Hosting and performing was the incredibly talented Arlene Paculan, who kept the energy high all night and brought warmth, humour, and musical flair to the stage.
It was a fantastic chance to discover and support these rising stars from Mississauga, as they showcased the depth and diversity of the city’s creative scene.
The collaboration between V Serve Canada and MAC reflects a shared mission: to use the arts as a catalyst for well-being and inclusion.
Together, they transformed the Living with Wellness Arts Festival into a hub where art meets health, and where live performances, wellness booths, and inspirational health talks came together to celebrate holistic well-being.
The success of the Mississauga Rising Stars showcase demonstrates what happens when organizations unite around a common vision — empowering artists, celebrating diversity, and strengthening community bonds through art.
The collaboration between V Serve Canada and the Mississauga Arts Council and will continue to nurture emerging talent and create opportunities where art and wellness intersect. The Living with Wellness Arts Festival proved that when creativity and community come together, the results are nothing short of inspiring.
